Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bsmedicals.com, which is owned and operated by BITECHGROUP LLC (USA Headquarters) in collaboration with BS MEDICAL (Korea Operations).

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

  • The item must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please Note: Returns due to a simple change of mind are not accepted.

  • Return restrictions may apply based on international contract conditions (Incoterms); for example, returns may not be accepted under terms such as EXW or CIF.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at bitechgroupllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, custom products (special orders/personalized items), and personal care goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that due to international transaction processing and individual bank/card company policies, the refund may take longer to appear on your statement.

7. Order Cancellation After Shipment Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the item has been dispatched. After shipment, the order is considered fulfilled, and no cancellation or refund will be processed until the item is returned to us in its original condition following our return policy guidelines.
