Step-by-Step Packing Procedure

Each unit goes through the following stages before shipment:

Initial Wrapping: Equipment is fully wrapped in protective film to prevent dust and moisture ingress during transit.
Vacuum Sealing: Units are vacuum-sealed for additional protection, particularly important for sensitive electronic components.
Custom Crate Construction: Wooden crates are built to exact dimensions. Example: LEONA unit packed at 1000x750x1550 (120kg) for delivery to Ukraine.
Final Inspection: Each crate undergoes a final integrity check before handover to the freight carrier.
Sealing and Labeling: Crates are sealed with blue tape and clearly labeled with dimensions, weight, and destination details.
