Anti-static foam wrapping — The unit is wrapped in anti-static foam to protect sensitive electronics from static discharge and impact.
Moisture-proof film sealing — A moisture barrier film is applied over the foam wrap to protect against humidity during sea or air transit.
Custom wooden crate construction — A wooden frame is built to the exact outer dimensions of the wrapped unit, with reinforced corners and a secured lid.
Internal shock-absorbing padding — Additional padding is placed on all six sides inside the crate to absorb vibration and impact.
Labeling & export documentation — Each crate is labeled with the destination address, fragile/upright handling instructions, and accompanied by a commercial invoice, packing list, and export declaration.
