1. About Our Products

BS Medical Group specializes in the sale of used and refurbished medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and other qualified buyers worldwide. All equipment is sold as-is unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that:

You are a qualified buyer (healthcare facility, licensed distributor, research institution, or similar entity).
You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
You will use the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
We accept payment by credit card, bank wire transfer, and other methods as indicated at checkout.
Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

4. Condition of Equipment

All equipment listed as "used" or "refurbished" has been inspected and tested unless otherwise noted. Condition grades and descriptions are provided in good faith. Photographs and descriptions are representative; minor cosmetic differences may exist. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm technical specifications meet their requirements before purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or agreed upon separately. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

The buyer must inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 3 business days. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the equipment in the condition received.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Equipment is sold without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose unless expressly stated.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

8. Regulatory Compliance

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment complies with all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and standards in their country or region. BS Medical Group makes no representation that any equipment is approved for clinical use in the buyer's jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of BS Medical Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Busan, Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
